Appearing onThe Late Late Show with James Corden, Prince Harry revealed that his one-year-old son Archie is obsessed with waffles.
In fact, the little bub is so enthralled with the food that the Queen sent him his very own waffle maker for Christmas.
"My grandmother asked us what Archie wanted for Christmas and Meg said a waffle maker." Harry toldLate Late Showhost James Corden. "He sent us a waffle maker for Archie. So for breakfast now, Meg makes up a beautiful organic mix.
"He loves it, and now I have waffles for breakfast. Bit of yoghurt, Bit of jam on top, Don't know if that's the right thing to do. Bit of berries maybe, little bit of honey, maybe a bit of syrup."
Did you get that down? Waffles with yoghurt, jam, berries, honey and or syrup.
As for the waffles themselves, you'll also need awaffle maker. Though, unlike Meg, we doubt the Queen will send one your way.
Once you've secured your own, you will need to purchase the ingredients above, as well as:
1 x Noshu 99% Sugar Free Low Carb Pancake Mix
3 tbsp butter, melted
2/3 cup water
Here's what to do:
Preheat your waffle maker to a low-medium setting.
在一个中等大小的碗里,混合了r the pancake mix, butter and water with a wooden spoon to form a smooth batter.
Place approximately ¼ cup of waffle batter into each square section of the waffle maker and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Voila! Enjoy with fresh mixed berries and low sugar maple syrup.
The waffles are best served warm and consumed immediately. Leftovers can be frozen for up to six months in an airtight container or refrigerated for up to one week. Pre-made waffles are best servedtoasted.
This recipe will take you five minutes to prepare, five minutes to cook andthe end resultserves eight people! So once you've perfected the waffles, you can invite Harry, Meghan and little Archie over to enjoy the snack with you. Although, considering they have their own waffle maker - from the Queen no less - they may deny your invitation.
